Who Need Help

Heart of Courage helps mothers change their lives by providing an array of services, such as education and advocacy, one on one mentoring, parent support groups, job readiness, educational services and community outreach. We help moms who want to improve their lives for themselves and their children.

​With the right tools and dedication, our mothers become self-sufficient and thrive in positive friendships. They are empowered to create nurturing homes where their children can blossom. By giving hope and expanding awareness of life’s possibilities, Heart of Courage helps women who have lost custody of their children due to drug addiction, incarceration, domestic violence, mental health issues, domestic violence and even homelessness.

Court Advocacy

There are times where mothers need help in the court to reunite with their children. Our court advocacy programs provides support for mothers in the court.

Judicial system

Family Advocacy

Heart of Courage's Family Advocacy Program empowers mothers in CPS cases with guidance, support, and resources to navigate the child welfare system and build a stable, nurturing environment for their children.

Career Coaching

A stable home can depend on mom’s full-time employment. We  help mothers find career opportunities to provide for their families and bring a sense of accomplishment to their life. 

 

We provide in-depth career coaching for everyone, including people with felonies.

Courage2Change

Courage2Change takes a holistic approach to supporting mothers, offering both peer support development and individual talk therapy. program is designed to provide a comprehensive support system that addresses the unique needs of each mother, helping them overcome challenges and achieve lasting change.
